Our platform runs on encrypted, HTTPS-only connections. Installation walk-through

1. Download the rototo APK (Android) or open rototo.app in your browser (iOS / web). On Android, you may need to enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings → Security to proceed.
2. Install or bookmark the app. Android users tap Install; iOS and web users add rototo to your home screen (iOS: Share → Add to Home Screen).
3. Create or log in to your rototo account using your email, username, password, and mobile number. Account creation requires KYC verification—passport or ID card upload, proof of address, and email confirmation.
4. Add a payment method and start exploring Liga 1 fixtures, live blackjack, or slot games like Aviator and Sweet Bonanza. Your first deposit is routed to your verified account and payment method.

Device compatibility

rototo runs on Android 7.0 and later, covering the vast majority of devices in use today. For iOS, we support iOS 12 and above, which includes iPhones from iPhone 5s onward. Desktop browsers include Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, and Edge 90+. If you are using an older device or browser, we recommend updating to the latest version available for your hardware; many security and performance fixes are bundled in recent releases.

Common installation issues and how we handle them

On Android, some devices block downloads from unknown sources as a security measure. To proceed, open Settings → Security, toggle "Unknown Sources" on, then retry the APK download. After installation, you can disable that toggle again. On iOS, Safari may prompt you to confirm the home-screen shortcut; this is normal. If you see a certificate warning, ensure your device date and time are correct—mismatched dates break SSL verification. For web users, if the app loads slowly, clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. Disable any ad blockers or tracking-prevention extensions temporarily, as they sometimes interfere with our asset delivery.

Security, data, and account protection

All communication between your device and rototo servers is encrypted using HTTPS and TLS 1.2 or higher. We do not transmit passwords, payment information, or personal data over unencrypted connections. During account creation, we ask for your legal name, date of birth, address, and national ID or passport. This information stays on our secure database and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except where required by law (e.g., financial regulators or anti-money-laundering compliance). Your mobile number is used only for account recovery and payment notifications.

rototo uses standard password-hashing and multi-factor authentication options. If you forget your password, visit the login page, click "Forgot your password?", and we send a reset link to your registered email. That link expires in one hour. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact our support team. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or email is optional but recommended; enable it in your account settings under Security.

Customer support and account help

If you have a question about downloading, installing, or using rototo, or if you need to update your account details or payment method, our support team can help. Send us an email or use the in-app help chat. We read every message and reply within a normal business window. For urgent account locks or payment issues, provide your username or email so we can find your account quickly. We never ask for your password in support conversations, and we do not charge for account assistance.

rototo services are available only in jurisdictions where online wagering and casino operations are lawful.
